The Navimow Community Milestone Season (“Campaign”) is organized by Navimow Inc. (“Navimow” or “Organizer”).

Binding Agreement
By participating in this Campaign, you (“Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. All decisions made by Navimow are final and binding.

Campaign Period
The Campaign starts on July 23rd, 2026 at 0:00 am PDT, and ends on September 30th, 2026 at 11:59 pm PDT. The Organizer reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time by giving prior notice.

Eligibility
The Campaign is open to individuals who:

Are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their country/region;

Have a valid account on the participating community platform(s);

Have a valid US shipping address; participants from Florida, New York, and Rhode Island are excluded.

Comply with these Terms & Conditions and platform community guidelines.

This Campaign is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Methods of Entry
No Purchase Necessary. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Participation is free.

Winner Selection & Notification
Milestone Reward Unlocks:
Each participating official community will have its own member growth milestones.The Half Milestone Reward will be announced and arranged for fulfillment within 14 business days after the milestone is reached. The Final Milestone Reward will be announced and arranged for fulfillment within 14 business days after the milestone is reached or within 14 business days after the campaign ends.
Lucky Pair Drop:
Participants who invite at least one friend to join their local Navimow Facebook Group may have a chance to win together with the friend they invited.Rewards will be announced and arranged for fulfillment within 14 business days after the campaign ends.
Navimow in Action:
Each participating region will select 1 weekly winner during the campaign period.Rewards will be announced in the community every Tuesday starting from the following week during the campaign period, with fulfillment arranged progressively after each announcement.
Odds of Winning. For Lucky Pair Drop, odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible pairs during the Campaign Period. For Navimow in Action, winners are selected based on the eligible content submitted for that week, not on random drawing.
Required Information for Prize Fulfillment. Prior to prize fulfillment, the potential winner must provide: (i) full legal name; (ii) a valid U.S. shipping address, which must be a physical street address (P.O. boxes, drop boxes, and military or restricted addresses are not eligible for prize shipment); and (iii) if the approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is USD $2,000 or more, a properly completed IRS Form W-9. The potential winner must provide the required information within seven (7) business days of being notified.
Alternate Winners. If a potential winner (i) fails to provide the required information within the applicable timeframe, (ii) is determined to be ineligible, or (iii) declines the prize, the Organizer may select and announce an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries. This process may repeat until a verified eligible winner is confirmed, or the prize may not be awarded at Navimow's discretion.
Navimow Verification Rights. Navimow reserves the right to disqualify any potential winner who does not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Terms & Conditions, who provides false or incomplete information, or who cannot be verified within a reasonable time.

Code of Conduct
Participants must not:

Post offensive, unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful content;

Manipulate engagement metrics artificially;

Use fake accounts, bots, or fraudulent methods;
-
Harass or attack other community members.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove content or disqualify participants at its sole discretion.
Content License; Use of Name and Likeness. By submitting content in connection with the Campaign (including but not limited to photos and videos shared under #NavimowInAction), Participant grants Navimow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, share, publish, translate, and otherwise use such content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Campaign and Navimow's community activities. Participant represents and warrants that the submitted content does not infringe the rights of any third party. By participating in the Campaign, each Participant also grants Navimow permission to use their name, image, and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes, including posting on Navimow's publicly accessible social media channels, without additional consent or compensation, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for:

Technical failures,

Platform interruptions,

Lost, delayed, or incomplete submissions,

Or any damages arising from participation in the Campaign or use of prizes, to the extent permitted by law.

Personal information collected during the Campaign will be used solely for:

Taxes & Local Regulations
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or legal obligations associated with receiving prizes under applicable local laws. If the approximate retail value (ARV) of a prize is USD $2,000 or more, the prize will not be shipped until the verified winner has submitted a properly completed IRS Form W-9 to Navimow; upon receipt, Navimow will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the applicable tax year. If the ARV of a prize is less than USD $2,000, submission of a Form W-9 is not required as a condition of prize fulfillment; however, the winner remains solely responsible for reporting any prize income to the IRS as required by applicable law. Navimow makes no representation or warranty regarding the tax treatment of any prize.

Governing Law and Arbitration

Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any claim, dispute, or controversy between Navimow and Participant arising out of or related to the Campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law principles, and subject to the provisions of the Federal Arbitration Act.

Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy between Navimow and Participant arising out of or relating to the Campaign, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions, which cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, shall be finally and exclusively resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in accordance with its then-current rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A., unless otherwise mutually agreed.
The arbitral tribunal shall have the authority to grant any remedy available under applicable law, including injunctive or interim relief. The availability and scope of such relief will be determined in accordance with the governing law.
The arbitral tribunal shall have the exclusive authority to determine the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision, including any questions regarding the existence, validity, or termination of this clause or arbitrability of any claim.

Confidentiality of Dispute Resolution. To the extent permitted by applicable law, both Navimow and Participant agree to maintain the confidentiality of all aspects of any dispute resolution process, including informal negotiations, mediation, arbitration proceedings, and any related conduct, communications, or disclosures. This includes, but is not limited to, the existence of the arbitration, the arbitral proceedings, submissions, evidence, and decisions or awards issued by the arbitrator, except where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order, or in judicial proceedings related to the enforcement of an arbitral award. This confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that is already in the public domain. This arbitration agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16).

Waiver of Class Action and Class Arbitration
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Navimow and Participant agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Campaign—whether at law or in equity, and whether subject to arbitration or otherwise—shall be resolved solely on an individual basis and not in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Navimow and Participant further agree that:

No Consolidation of Claims. The arbitrator shall not consolidate claims of more than one individual, nor may the arbitrator otherwise preside over any form of a collective, class, or representative proceeding.

Prohibition on Class and Representative Actions. Neither Navimow nor Participant shall bring or participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative action against the other, including against affiliates, shareholders, employees, officers, or directors.

Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Participation Rights. Navimow and Participant each expressly waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate as a class representative or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

Scope and Limitations of Waiver. This waiver is intended to be broad and applies to all disputes arising out of or relating to the relationship between Navimow and Participant in connection with the Campaign. However, this provision does not waive Participant’s right to bring an individual claim in binding arbitration, or in small claims court if permitted by applicable law.

Final Interpretation
The Organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to the Campaign.Any decisions made by the Organizer regarding eligibility, winners, or disputes shall be final.
