How to get started with NavimowFleet™?
1. Activate NavimowFleet™ through the purchase channel where you bought your robotic mower. NavimowFleet™ includes both app and web access, which you can use as soon as you register.
2. Check the invitation email sent to you from the purchase channel and follow the instructions to sign up on the web platform or the mobile app.
3. If you already have a Navimow account, provide it to the purchase channel to activate NavimowFleet™ for you. Log in to the web platform or mobile app with your existing Navimow account.
4. Bind your robotic mowers in the mobile app and invite users to join your organization.
How many robotic mowers or users can I add to my organization in NavimowFleet™?
NavimowFleet™ does not set a limit on the number of robotic mowers or team members in your organization. The platform supports large-scale management through features like robotic mower grouping and tagging, making it easy to organize and oversee your Navimow robotic mowers.
Which models can I add to NavimowFleet™?
NavimowFleet™ supports all Navimow models, including Terranox series, X4 series, X3 series, i2 series, and i1 series, and H2 series.
Can I get the real-time status of my robotic mowers in NavimowFleet™?
1. Real-time Location Tracking: Navimow robotic mowers come with multiple anti-theft features. The NavimowFleet™ platform provides real-time location updates. Even if a robotic mower goes offline, you’ll still be able to see its last known accurate position.
2. Live Mowing Map: Use the platform’s live mowing map to track your robotic mower’s real-time position in the field. This is especially helpful for quickly locating a mower in large areas.
3. Mower-lifted Alarm & Geofence Alarm: An alarm will be triggered if the robotic mower is lifted or if it moves beyond your predefined map boundaries.
