Navimow Limited Warranty Policy

1. Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty covers only defects of any material or quality of the Product and components when the Product and components thereof are being used under normal and ordinary conditions. In the event that a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs, Navimow and/or other Navimow Parties in its sole discretion will repair or replace the defective Product or components thereof in accordance with this Limited Warranty. The applicable Limited Warranty Period commences on the date of the original purchase or the activation date of the Product, whichever is later, from Navimow or an authorized Navimow dealer. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state or country.

2. Limited Warranty Service Process

If you believe your Product or any component is defective, immediately stop using the Product and contact Navimow support at navimowsupport-us@rlm.segway.com or via Live Chat in the app. Please prepare proof of purchase, the Product serial number, and a description of the defect. If warranty service is required, Navimow will guide you through the service process.

3. Limited Warranty Eligibility

  • Service requests must be made within the applicable Limited Warranty Period.
  • The Product must be purchased from Navimow or an authorized Navimow dealer.
  • Valid proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The serial number must be intact and legible.
  • All tamper-resistant seals must be intact.

4. Limited Warranty Exclusions

  • Abuse, misuse, negligence, or commercial use.
  • Improper charging, storage, maintenance, or operation.
  • Use in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.

5. Liability Disclaimer and Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navimow shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product.

6. Claims, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or related to this Limited Warranty shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws and arbitration rules.

7. Intended Third-Party Beneficiary

Certain recipients and household members may be considered intended third-party beneficiaries under this Limited Warranty.

8. Statute of Limitation

Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.

9. Severability

If any provision of this Limited Warranty is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

10. Language

This Limited Warranty may be translated into other languages. In the event of a conflict, the English version shall prevail.
