Navimow MOW IT FORWARD – Terms & Conditions
1. Organizer
The Navimow MOW IT FORWARD (“Campaign”) is organized by Navimow Inc. (“Navimow” or “Organizer”).
2. Binding Agreement
By participating in this Campaign, you (“Participant”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. All decisions made by Navimow are final and binding.
3. Campaign Period
The Campaign starts on June 4th, 2026 at 0:00 am PDT, and ends on June 30th, 2026 at 11:59 pm PDT.The Organizer reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time by giving prior notice.
4. Eligibility
The Campaign is open to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their country/region;
- Have a valid account on the participating community platform(s);
- Have a valid US shipping address; participants from Florida, New York, and Rhode Island are excluded.
- Comply with these Terms & Conditions and platform community guidelines.
5. Methods of Entry
Q&A Challenge Entry
No Purchase Required. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Q&A Challenge. A purchase does not increase Participant’s chances of winning. Participation is free.To enter the Q&A Challenge, participants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:
- Join the official Navimow Facebook Group;
- Publish an original post within the group containing a question related to Navimow products or lawn care experiences;
- Include the hashtag #NavimowCommunity in the post.
Eligible questions may include, but are not limited to:
- Product model selection;
- Installation or setup guidance;
- Mowing or lawn care tips;
- Product features and functionality;
- Troubleshooting or user experience discussions.
Posts must comply with the Facebook Community Standards and group rules. Duplicate, spam, misleading, or non-original submissions may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Deep Dive Challenge Entry
To enter the Deep Dive Challenge, participants must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:
- Join the official Navimow Facebook Group;
- Publish an original post within the group sharing their experience with a Navimow product;
- Include the hashtag #NavimowPro in the post.
Eligible submissions may include photos, videos, written reviews, lawn care tips, setup experiences, or other original content related to the participant’s use of Navimow products.
Participants are encouraged to share authentic experiences, including:
- Navimow model owned or used;
- Favorite features or functions;
- Challenges or issues addressed through product use;
- Improvements to daily lawn maintenance;
- Product setup experiences and practical usage tips.
All submissions must be original, truthful, and created by the participant. Content that is deceptive, infringing, offensive, artificially generated to mislead consumers, or otherwise non-compliant with applicable laws, regulations, or platform policies may be removed or disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected at the Organizer’s sole discretion:

Winners may be contacted via direct message, email, or platform notification.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Content Rights
By participating, participants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
- Repost,
- Share,
- Publish,
- Translate,
- Display,
- Or otherwise use submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Campaign and Navimow community activities.
Participants confirm that submitted content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
8. Code of Conduct
Participants must not:
- Post offensive, unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful content;
- Manipulate engagement metrics artificially;
- Use fake accounts, bots, or fraudulent methods;
- Harass or attack other community members.
The Organizer reserves the right to remove content or disqualify participants at its sole discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for:
- Technical failures,
- Platform interruptions,
- Lost, delayed, or incomplete submissions,
- Or any damages arising from participation in the Campaign or use of prizes, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected during the Campaign will be used solely for:
- Campaign administration,
- Winner verification,
- Prize fulfillment,
- And related communication purposes.

11. Taxes & Local Regulations
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or legal obligations associated with receiving prizes under applicable local laws.
12. Governing Law and Arbitration
- Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any claim, dispute, or controversy between Navimow and Participant arising out of or related to the Campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law principles, and subject to the provisions of the Federal Arbitration Act.
- Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy between Navimow and Participant arising out of or relating to the Campaign, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions, which cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, shall be finally and exclusively resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in accordance with its then-current rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A., unless otherwise mutually agreed.
The arbitral tribunal shall have the authority to grant any remedy available under applicable law, including injunctive or interim relief. The availability and scope of such relief will be determined in accordance with the governing law.
The arbitral tribunal shall have the exclusive authority to determine the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision, including any questions regarding the existence, validity, or termination of this clause or arbitrability of any claim.
- Confidentiality of Dispute Resolution. To the extent permitted by applicable law, both Navimow and Participant agree to maintain the confidentiality of all aspects of any dispute resolution process, including informal negotiations, mediation, arbitration proceedings, and any related conduct, communications, or disclosures. This includes, but is not limited to, the existence of the arbitration, the arbitral proceedings, submissions, evidence, and decisions or awards issued by the arbitrator, except where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order, or in judicial proceedings related to the enforcement of an arbitral award. This confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that is already in the public domain. This arbitration agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16).
13. Waiver of Class Action and Class Arbitration
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Navimow and Participant agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Campaign—whether at law or in equity, and whether subject to arbitration or otherwise—shall be resolved solely on an individual basis and not in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Navimow and Participant further agree that:
- No Consolidation of Claims. The arbitrator shall not consolidate claims of more than one individual, nor may the arbitrator otherwise preside over any form of a collective, class, or representative proceeding.
- Prohibition on Class and Representative Actions. Neither Navimow nor Participant shall bring or participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative action against the other, including against affiliates, shareholders, employees, officers, or directors.
- Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Participation Rights. Navimow and Participant each expressly waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate as a class representative or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
- Scope and Limitations of Waiver. This waiver is intended to be broad and applies to all disputes arising out of or relating to the relationship between Navimow and Participant in connection with the Campaign. However, this provision does not waive Participant’s right to bring an individual claim in binding arbitration, or in small claims court if permitted by applicable law.
14. Final Interpretation
The Organizer reserves the right of final interpretation of these Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to the Campaign.Any decisions made by the Organizer regarding eligibility, winners, or disputes shall be final.
15. VOID. VOID in the event of prohibition by law.
