Navimow Creators Program — Terms & Conditions

1. About the Navimow Creators Program

The Navimow Creators Program (the “Program”) is a long-term creator program operated by Navimow Inc. (“Navimow”, “we”, “us”) for users of Navimow robotic lawn mowers and other Navimow products.

Through an application form embedded in the Program landing page on our official website, creators can apply to join the Program. Selected creators may receive Navimow products free of charge and are invited to share their real-life experiences with the community, in accordance with a separate collaboration agreement signed with each selected creator.

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the application stage of the Program only — i.e. the submission of an application through the form. The collaboration between Navimow and a selected creator is governed exclusively by the separate collaboration agreement signed between the parties.

2. Eligibility

· You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.

· You must be a legal resident of the United States.

· You must not be an employee, contractor or intern of Navimow or its affiliates, or an immediate family member of such person.

· You may apply only once per application round. Duplicate applications may be removed.

3. Application and Selection

By submitting the application form, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete and not misleading.

Navimow reviews applications for the purpose of identifying creators’ suitability for the Program. The review criteria include, among others, your social media presence and content quality, and the suitability of your garden for product testing (e.g. size and slope).

Selection is at Navimow's sole discretion. Navimow is under no obligation to select any applicant, to provide reasons for a decision, or to correspond about the status of an individual application. Submitting an application does not create any claim to selection, products, compensation or reimbursement of any costs incurred in connection with the application.

4. Application Data

The personal data collected through the application form is processed as described in the privacy notice on the application form and the Navimow Privacy Policy at https://navimow.com/policies/privacy-policy.

5. Content You Submit — Application Review Only

Any materials you submit through the application form (e.g. your garden photo or shared content links) are used solely for the purpose of reviewing and evaluating your application. Navimow will not post, adapt or otherwise use such materials on its official channels, and no content usage permission or licence is granted at the application stage.

If you are selected as a creator, the terms of content creation, product provision, compensation, and any usage rights of collaboration content are governed exclusively by the separate collaboration agreement. Nothing in these T&C transfers ownership of your content to Navimow.

6. Subscription

The email subscription module on the landing page is separate from the Program application. Applicants' email addresses are not automatically added to any marketing subscription list. If you subscribe to the newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time through the link provided in each email.

7. Program Changes, Suspension and Termination

Navimow may modify, suspend or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and at its sole discretion, including application rounds, timelines, regions and benefits, without prior notice where circumstances so require.

Navimow reserves the right of final interpretation of these T&C and of the Program.

8. No Employment, Agency or Partnership

Nothing in these T&C or in the Program constitutes an offer of employment, agency, joint venture or partnership between you and Navimow.

9. Prohibited Conduct

· Submitting false, misleading or third-party information as your own;

· Impersonating another person or misusing another person's identity or content;

· Attempting to manipulate the application or selection process;

· Any conduct prohibited by applicable law or by the rules of the social media platforms involved.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These T&C are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and the dispute resolution provisions of the Navimow Terms of Use (navimow.com/pages/terms-of-use), including the arbitration agreement and class action waiver, apply.

11. Language

These Terms & Conditions are provided in English only. The English text is the sole and legally binding version.

12. Changes to These T&C

Navimow may update these T&C from time to time. The current version is published on the Program landing page. Continued use of the application form after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated T&C.
