Submit your entry between Feb 13 and Mar 2 by sharing your Navimow experience, including photos, creative mowing designs, or your story with your garden or pets.
All approved entries will be featured on the campaign page for public voting from Mar 3 to Apr 7. Each participant can vote up to 5 times per day. Sharing the campaign on social media grants 5 bonus votes.
Winners will be determined based on total vote count. Top-ranked entries will receive exclusive prizes. Winners will be announced on April 8.

BINDING AGREEMENT. By participating in this promotional Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, all applicable rules and regulations, TOGETHER WITH NAVIMOW’S PRIVACY NOTICE (INCLUDING CCPA PRIVACY NOTICE).
1. Eligibility
(1) General Eligibility.
Participants must be over eighteen years old and a resident of the contiguous United States. Sponsor employees, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Each participant is limited to one participant per SKU per email address.
(2) Sponsor’s Discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify a participant's eligibility and to disqualify any fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries.
2. Program Timeline
(1) Two Program Periods.
The Program shall occur in two (2) distinct phases (together the “Program Period”):
The “Photo Submission Period” begins at 12:00 a.m. PT on February 13, 2026, and ends at 12:59 p.m. PT on March 2, 2026.
The “Voting Period” begins at 12:00 a.m. PT on March 3, 2026, and ends at 12:59 p.m. PT on April 7, 2026.
The Price Announcement Begins at 12:00 A.m. PT on April 8, 2026.
(2) Standard Time and Entries.
All times referenced herein are based on the standard website time of the Sponsor. In order to be eligible, all entries must be received by the applicable deadline. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or undeliverable errors, including those caused by technical, network or system errors or failures.
3. Photo Submission and Voting
No purchase is required to participate in this Program.
(1) Photo Submission.
During the photo submission period, participants shall submit photos or stories related to Navimow robotic mower(s) (i2AWD, i2 LiDAR, X4 Series, H2 Series) through the submission portal on Navimow's official website https://navimow.com/pages/pre-order-sales.The stories or photos may capture the Participant’s mowing moments—life unfolding in gardens and backyard lawns, freshly cut grass beneath their feet, beloved pets basking on newly mowed greens, or any scene that celebrates lawn care, mowing creativity, and the quiet joy of a well-kept landscape.
All photos/stories submitted must be of your own creation or have obtained the owner's approval to post. All AI-generated images are not allowed. Please ensure that the photo is sharp and in focus with a clean background, with no third party products, artwork, logos, names, photographs, or recognizable landmarks or locations.
(2) Voting.
All submissions are subject to Navimow's Marketing and Direct to Customers' Team screening for compliance purposes. Only submissions that have passed the screening process will be posted for voting.
During the voting period, all eligible photos and stories will be open to public voting. Each user will automatically receive five (5) votes per day. In addition, a user may earn five (5) additional votes per day for each successful share of the Program on a recognized social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram). The Program may be shared on multiple social media platforms each day, and the total number of additional votes awarded shall equal five (5) votes multiplied by the number of successful shares made that day.
Each vote shall be voted for different photos/stories. For each voting session, the photos/stories being voted must be five (5) or more than five (5) at the time of voting submission.
Navimow hereby declares that, it reserves the right to disqualify suspicious voting activities. Any conduct of user exploiting algorithmic weaknesses, manipulation of votes, or other automated, scripted, or non-human voting activities are strictly prohibited.
(3) Ranking. Winners shall be determined by their voting rankings. In case of a tie, the Participant submitted first shall prevail.
If a participant registers multiple email addresses or submits multiple entries using the same email, only the entry with the highest number of valid votes will be considered for prize ranking.
4. Prizes
(1) Notification of Winners.
Winners will be notified via email on April 8, 2026 and provided with instructions to claim their prize.
(2) Eligibility for Redemption of Prizes.
Participants must subscribe to Navimow email Newsletters to be eligible for redemption of prizes.
(3) Prize Types.
Prizes shall include the following, depending on the ranking of all votes received by 12:00 A.m. PT on April 8, 2026. All prizes are non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gold Award (winner with the highest vote): A full cashback for one (1) previously purchased robotic lawn mower. The cashback amount shall be equal to the actual invoice price paid by the Participant. The cashback will be processed through the refund portal and returned to the original payment method used by the Participant.

Silver Award (winner with the second highest vote): A Two Hundred U.S. Dollars (US $200) cashback applicable to purchases of Navimow’s newly released 2026 models, including Navimow i2 AWD and Navimow X4. If the Participant has completed payment for the CES early-bird purchase (i.e., both the deposit and the remaining balance have been paid), the cashback will be processed through the refund portal and returned to the original payment method used by the Participant. If the Participant has paid only the deposit and has not yet paid the remaining balance, the US $200 cashback will be applied as a deduction from the remaining balance.

Bronze Award (winners with the third highest to the twelfth highest vote): An accessory gift package, including: signal enhancement antenna *1, power supply adapter *1, cable-10m *1, mounting kit *1, blade assembly plus *1, MowerGate *1. Upon announcement of winners, a coupon redemption code will be issued. Upon checking out the accessory package and entering the redemption code, the price of the products will be deducted to Zero Dollars ($0). However, the participant shall be responsible for the applicable taxes and the shipping costs.

Participation Prize A (for Participants who have submitted eligible photos): One coupon for purchase of Navimow H1500 series, effective from April 8, 2026 to May 8, 2026. The coupon cannot be combined with other offers. When purchasing the Navimow 1500 N series and entering the coupon redemption code, the purchase price will be adjusted to Zero Dollars ($0). However, the Participant shall be responsible for taxes and shipping costs that may apply.

Participation Prize B (for Participants who have voted for at least one of the Gold Prize, Silver Prize or Bronze Prize winners): One Twenty Dollar ($20) coupon for the purchase of Navimow products, effective from April 8, 2026 to May 8, 2026. The coupon cannot be combined with other offers. When purchasing Navimow products and entering the coupon redemption code, Twenty Dollars ($20) will be deducted from the purchase price.
(4) Sponsor's Reserved Rights.
All prizes are limited and are provided on a first come first serve basis. Navimow reserves the right to substitute a prize (or a component thereof) for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
(5) Exchange of Prizes.
Participants who have won the gold award can choose to exchange for the silver award prizes, while participants who have won the silver award are not eligible to exchange for the gold award prizes.
5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND WARRANTIES.
(1) Returns and Exchanges.
Accessories provided by the Bronze Prize enjoys Sponsor’s Return and Exchange Policy. For returns due to other reasons not covered by Sponsor’s Limited Warranty Policy or any other agreement between the Sponsor and the Participant, the Sponsor shall have sole discretion to decide whether to accept such return. Any such return shall be subject to (i) applicable fees or deductions and (ii) return shipping costs as specified in Sponsor’s Return Terms and Conditions.
(2) Warranty.
Mowers purchased with coupons or cash-backs under this Program shall enjoy Sponsor’s Limited Warranty Policy (available at: https://navimow.com/pages/navimow-limited-warranty-policy?_pos=1&_psq=limited+warran&_ss=e&_v=1.0 ). All accessories and disposables are provided “AS IS”.
6. Consent to Use of Likeness.
You hereby grant to Navimow and our affiliates, and each of our respective direct and indirect successors, licensees, and assigns, the right to use your name, image, likeness, and biographical, professional, and other identifying information (including information you provide to us and any other information about you that is publicly available) or provided by you from time to time (collectively, “Likeness”) in connection with the Program, the photos/stories you submitted, and any derivative works we make from the materials you submitted, including to advertise and promote the same or any product and/or service that features or includes at least one of the materials submitted or a derivative work it, in whole or in part. You waive the right to inspect or approve any use of your Likeness as contemplated in this Terms and Conditions.
7. Right to Modify or Terminate.
To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor reserves the right to interpret, modify, terminate, or cancel this Program without further notice.
8. No Defamation.
Participant agrees not to denigrate, disparage, defame, or otherwise cast Sponsor, its products, services, brand, or reputation in a false, misleading, or negative light. Similarly, Sponsor agrees not to publicly disparage Participant. Both Sponsor and Participant shall refrain from any conduct that may damage the other’s reputation or goodwill.
9. Errors and Corrections.
In the event of pricing errors displayed online or system operation errors, the Sponsor reserves the right to correct such errors, and affected customers have the right to cancel any orders placed due to those errors.
10. VOID.
VOID in the event of prohibition by law.
11. Tax.
Sponsor will collect and remit sales tax on qualifying transactions where legally required. Participants are responsible for any other federal, state, or local taxes that may result from participation in the Program, including, without limitation, income, use, or other taxes attributable to promotional discounts or items provided at no additional charge. If the total value of any prize, discount, or promotional item received by a Participant equals or exceeds US $600 in a calendar year, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the Participant and file such form with the Internal Revenue Service as required by law. As a condition of receiving such prize, discount, or promotional item, Participants may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid taxpayer identification number and completed IRS Form W-9.
Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding the tax treatment of any promotional offer. Participants are solely responsible for consulting their own tax advisors regarding individual tax obligations.
12. Limitations of Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable federal, state, and local laws:
(1) Right to Modify or Cancel the Campaign.
Sponsor (including Navimow Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, and service providers) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign, or to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, where such changes are permitted by law. In the event of fraud, technical failures or system operation errors, or abuse affecting the integrity or proper functioning of the Campaign, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant involved and/or terminate or suspend the Campaign, and Sponsor will not be liable for such losses incurred to Participant.
(2) Assumption of Risk and Maximum Liability.
Participation in the Campaign is at Participant’s own risk. Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor’s total liability to any participant for any claim arising out of or relating to the Campaign—whether based on contract, tort, warranty, or other legal theory—shall not exceed the actual retail value of the promotional item or benefit received, if any.
(3) Exclusion of Certain Damages.
To the extent allowed by law, Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages
13. Governing Law and Arbitration.
(1) Governing Law.
These Terms and Conditions and any claim, dispute, or controversy between Sponsor and Participant arising out of or related to the Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law principles, and subject to the provisions of the Federal Arbitration Act.
(2) Binding Arbitration.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy between Sponsor and Participant arising out of or relating to the Program, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions, which cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, shall be finally and exclusively resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in accordance with its then-current rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A., unless otherwise mutually agreed.
The arbitral tribunal shall have the authority to grant any remedy available under applicable law, including injunctive or interim relief. The availability and scope of such relief will be determined in accordance with the governing law.
The arbitral tribunal shall have the exclusive authority to determine the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision, including any questions regarding the existence, validity, or termination of this clause or arbitrability of any claim.
(3) Confidentiality of Dispute Resolution.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, both Sponsor and Participant agree to maintain the confidentiality of all aspects of any dispute resolution process, including informal negotiations, mediation, arbitration proceedings, and any related conduct, communications, or disclosures. This includes, but is not limited to, the existence of the arbitration, the arbitral proceedings, submissions, evidence, and decisions or awards issued by the arbitrator, except where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order, or in judicial proceedings related to the enforcement of an arbitral award. This confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that is already in the public domain. This arbitration agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16).
(3) Waiver of Class Action and Class Arbitration.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor and Participant agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Campaign—whether at law or in equity, and whether subject to arbitration or otherwise—shall be resolved solely on an individual basis and not in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Sponsor and Participant further agree that:
(4) No Consolidation of Claims.
The arbitrator shall not consolidate claims of more than one individual, nor may the arbitrator otherwise preside over any form of a collective, class, or representative proceeding.
(5) Prohibition on Class and Representative Actions.
Neither Sponsor nor Participant shall bring or participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative action against the other, including against affiliates, shareholders, employees, officers, or directors.
(6) Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Participation Rights.
Sponsor and Participant each expressly waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate as a class representative or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
(7) Scope and Limitations of Waiver.
This waiver is intended to be broad and applies to all disputes arising out of or relating to the relationship between Sponsor and Participant in connection with the Campaign. However, this provision does not waive Participant’s right to bring an individual claim in binding arbitration, as provided in Section 11 above, or in small claims court if permitted by applicable law.
