How It Works

1. Platform: This Program is held exclusively on the official Navimow Reddit Community.

2. Eligibility: Open to U.S. Residents only.

3. The Challenge Structure: The Recruitment consists of four (4) consecutive stages. Each stage will be announced via a dedicated comment within the main recruitment megathread.

4. To Enter: Participants must respond to all four (4) stages with high-quality, relevant content within the Program Period. All 4 stages must be completed before May 19, 2026 to be eligible for the final selection.

5. Participation Limit: Each user can only submit one (1) entry to each challenge.

6. Selection Criteria: Winners will be selected by the Navimow Marketing Team based on:

  • Consistency: Successful completion of all 4 stages.
  • Quality: Creativity, humor, technical understanding, and alignment with the "Pathfinder" spirit.
  • Authenticity: Real-life usage scenarios and original content (No AI-generated text or images).

  • The Pro-Mower Showcase (Existing Users): Share one (1) high-quality photo/video of your mowed lawn + one (1) "hardcore" mowing tip (e.g., height settings, navigating narrow paths) in the official Facebook Group with the hashtag #NavimowPro.
  • The "Visionary Yard" Challenge (New Friends): Share a photo/video of your overgrown lawn or your old manual mower struggle + fill in the script: "I’m looking forward to [spending my Saturday mornings with family], so I’m ready for a Navimow to [keep my lawn pristine while I enjoy the weekend]." Use the hashtag #MyLawnRevolution.

2. Submission Period: Entries must be posted between April 15 and May 19, 2026.

3. Prizes:

1. Eligibility

(1) General Eligibility. Participant must be over eighteen years old and a resident of the contiguous United States. Sponsor employees, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Each participant is limited to one participation per SKU per email address

(2) Sponsor’s Discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to verify a participant's eligibility and to disqualify any fraudulent or otherwise ineligible entries.

2. Campaign Period

(1) Campaign Period.
The Navimow Pathfinder Campaign (the “Campaign”) shall take place during the following period (the “Campaign Period”):

  • The Campaign shall commence on April 15, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. PDT, and shall conclude on May 19, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PDT.

(2) Standard Time and Entries.
All times referenced herein are based on the Sponsor’s official website time. To be eligible, all entries must be received by the applicable deadline. The Sponsor shall not be responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or undeliverable entries, including those caused by technical, network, or system errors or failures.

3. Participation in the CampaignThe Campaign consists of four (4) stages. Participants eligible to win prizes must complete all four (4) stages of the Campaign.

(1) Stage One – The Visionary Proof.

a. Duration. This stage runs from April 15, 2026, to May 19, 2026.
b. How to Participate. Participants must share a photo/video of their backyard and describe how their life has improved after using a Navimow robotic lawn mower.

(2) Stage Two – The Native Voice.

a. Duration. This stage runs from April 22, 2026, to May 19, 2026.
b. How to Participate. Participants must rewrite the list of Navimow X4 features in their own tone, using a humorous, Reddit-style approach.

(3) Stage Three – The Logic Maze.

a. Duration. This stage runs from April 29, 2026, to May 19, 2026.
b. How to Participate. Participants must select the most suitable Navimow robotic lawn mower model for various backyard map scenarios. These scenarios may include, without limitation, high walls, signal interference areas, steep slopes, narrow pathways, and similar conditions.

(4) Stage Four – The Tech Pro.

a. Duration. This stage runs from May 6, 2026, to May 19, 2026.
b. How to Participate. Participants must compare and explain the two core technologies used in Navimow robotic lawn mowers, including identifying differences between EFLS™ and Vision+™ technologies.

(5) Announcement of Winners and Prizes.

a. Announcement of Winners
Winners will be announced on May 21, 2026. Winners will be selected by the Navimow marketing team based on a comprehensive evaluation of participants’ submissions across all four stages of the campaign.

b. Available Prizes
The prizes are as follows:

First Prize (4 Winners Total)

  • Winner 1: 1x Navimow X4
  • Winner 2: 1x Navimow i2 AWD
  • Winner 3: 1x Navimow i2 LiDAR
  • Winner 4: 1x Navimow H2

Specific model assigned based on random draw.

In addition, each First Prize winner will be designated as a Navimow Pathfinder and will enjoy the following privileges:

  • Early access to new products;
  • Participation in Navimow beta testing programs;

(6) Redemption of Prizes

Each winning participant will receive a coupon code applicable to the corresponding product (e.g., robotic lawn mower, blades, accessory packages, etc.). Upon adding the applicable product to the shopping cart and entering the coupon code, the product price will be reduced to USD $0.00.However, applicable taxes and shipping fees may still apply. The coupon code is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other goods, services, or monetary equivalent.

5.Returns, Exchanges, and Warranties 

(1) Returns and Exchanges. Mowers gifted under this Campaign shall enjoy Sponsor’s Refund Policy (available at: https://navimow.com/policies/refund-policy). For returns due to other reasons not covered by Sponsor’s Limited Warranty Policy or any other agreement between the Sponsor and the Participant, the Sponsor shall have sole discretion to decide whether to accept such return. Any such return shall be subject to (i) applicable fees or deductions and (ii) return shipping costs as specified in Sponsor’s Return Terms and Conditions. 

(2) Warranty. Mowers gifted under this Campaign shall enjoy Sponsor’s Limited Warranty Policy (available at: https://navimow.com/pages/navimow-limited-warranty-policy?from=eu-website ). 

6. Right to Modify or Terminate. To the extent permitted by law, the Sponsor reserves the right to interpret, modify, terminate, or cancel this Agreement without further notice. 

7. Errors and Corrections. In the event of pricing errors displayed online or system operation errors, the Sponsor reserves the right to correct such errors, and affected customers have the right to cancel any orders placed due to those errors. 

8. VOID. VOID in the event of prohibition by law. 

9. Tax. Sponsor will collect and remit sales tax on qualifying transactions where legally required. Participants are responsible for any other federal, state, or local taxes that may result from participation in the Campaign, including, without limitation, income, use, or other taxes attributable to promotional discounts or items provided at no additional charge. If the total value of any prize, discount, or promotional item received by a Participant equals or exceeds US $600 in a calendar year, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the Participant and file such form with the Internal Revenue Service as required by law. As a condition of receiving such prize, discount, or promotional item, Participants may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid taxpayer identification number and completed IRS Form W-9. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty regarding the tax treatment of any promotional offer. Participants are solely responsible for consulting their own tax advisors regarding individual tax obligations. 

10. Limitations of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable federal, state, and local laws: 

(1) Right to Modify or Cancel the Campaign. Sponsor (including Navimow Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, successors, and service providers) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign, or to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, where such changes are permitted by law. In the event of fraud, technical failures or system operation errors, or abuse affecting the integrity or proper functioning of the Campaign, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant involved and/or terminate or suspend the Campaign, and Sponsor will not be liable for such losses incurred to Participant. 

(2) Assumption of Risk and Maximum Liability. Participation in the Campaign is at Participant’s own risk. Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor’s total liability to any participant for any claim arising out of or relating to the Campaign—whether based on contract, tort, warranty, or other legal theory—shall not exceed the actual retail value of the promotional item or benefit received, if any. 

(3) Exclusion of Certain Damages. To the extent allowed by law, Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. 

11. Governing Law and Arbitration.

(1) Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any claim, dispute, or controversy between Sponsor and Participant arising out of or related to the Campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict of law principles, and subject to the provisions of the Federal Arbitration Act. 

(2) Binding Arbitration.a. Any dispute, claim, or controversy between Sponsor and Participant arising out of or relating to the Campaign, or any breach of these Terms and Conditions, which cannot be resolved through informal negotiations, shall be finally and exclusively resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in accordance with its then-current rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A., unless otherwise mutually agreed. b. The arbitral tribunal shall have the authority to grant any remedy available under applicable law, including injunctive or interim relief. The availability and scope of such relief will be determined in accordance with the governing law. c. The arbitral tribunal shall have the exclusive authority to determine the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision, including any questions regarding the existence, validity, or termination of this clause or arbitrability of any claim. 

(3) Confidentiality of Dispute Resolution. To the extent permitted by applicable law, both Sponsor and Participant agree to maintain the confidentiality of all aspects of any dispute resolution process, including informal negotiations, mediation, arbitration proceedings, and any related conduct, communications, or disclosures. This includes, but is not limited to, the existence of the arbitration, the arbitral proceedings, submissions, evidence, and decisions or awards issued by the arbitrator, except where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulatory authority, or court order, or in judicial proceedings related to the enforcement of an arbitral award. This confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that is already in the public domain. This arbitration agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1–16). 

12. Waiver of Class Action and Class Arbitration. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor and Participant agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Campaign—whether at law or in equity, and whether subject to arbitration or otherwise—shall be resolved solely on an individual basis and not in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. Sponsor and Participant further agree that: 

(1) No Consolidation of Claims. The arbitrator shall not consolidate claims of more than one individual, nor may the arbitrator otherwise preside over any form of a collective, class, or representative proceeding. 

(2) Prohibition on Class and Representative Actions. Neither Sponsor nor Participant shall bring or participate in any class action, class arbitration, or representative action against the other, including against affiliates, shareholders, employees, officers, or directors. 

(3) Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Participation Rights. Sponsor and Participant each expressly waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate as a class representative or class member in any class or representative proceeding. 

(4) Scope and Limitations of Waiver. This waiver is intended to be broad and applies to all disputes arising out of or relating to the relationship between Sponsor and Participant in connection with the Campaign. However, this provision does not waive Participant’s right to bring an individual claim in binding arbitration, as provided in Section 11 above, or in small claims court if permitted by applicable law.

(1) Participation in the Pro-Mower Showcase (For Participants Owning a Navimow Robotic Lawn Mower)
Participants who already own a Navimow robotic lawn mower may participate in the Pro-Mower Showcase activity by:

  1. Joining the Navimow Facebook group chat;
  2. Posting one (1) photo/video of their robotic lawn mower in operation (e.g., mowing) and sharing one (1) lawn care or mowing tip, with the hashtag #NavimowPro.

(2) The Visionary Yard Challenge (For Participants Who Do Not Own a Navimow Robotic Lawn Mower)
Participants who do not currently own a robotic lawn mower, but are considering purchasing one, may participate in this activity by:

  1. Joining the Navimow Facebook group chat;
  2. Posting at least one (1) photo/video of their yard showing overgrown or unmaintained grass, together with the following statement, and tagging #MyLawnRevolution:

“I’m looking forward to [insert your personal goal, e.g., ‘spending my Saturday mornings with family’], so I’m ready for a Navimow to [insert how Navimow can help, e.g., ‘keep my lawn pristine while I enjoy the weekend’].”

4. Winner Declaration and Available Prizes

(1) Winner Announcement.
Winners will be announced on May 21, 2026. Winners shall be selected on a random basis.

(2) Participation Reward.
All participants who join the Navimow Facebook group chat will receive two (2) sets of mowing blades at no additional cost (shipping fees may apply).

(3) Prizes for Pro-Mower Showcase Participants.
Eligible participants may win the following prizes:

  • Navimow X4 robotic lawn mower: one (1) winner
  • Navimow i2 LiDAR robotic lawn mower: one (1) winner
  • Navimow accessory package (including mower blades and a garage): four (4) winners

(4) Prizes for Visionary Yard Challenge Participants.
Eligible participants may win the following prizes:

  • One Hundred U.S. Dollar (USD $100) Amazon gift card: ten (10) winners

(5) Prize Multiplication Mechanism.
