"The i2 series offers multiple models suitable for different lawn sizes. The maximum supported mowing area of each model depends on hardware factors such as motor speed, battery capacity, and charging time.
For user convenience, the maximum supported mowing area of each model is not absolutely strict — we allow a slight margin beyond the specified limit."

"This is normal. The slight looseness is due to the height adjustment mechanism.
A small amount of clearance is required—without it, the blade disc wouldn’t be able to move up and down smoothly."

In areas where a Vision Fence-off zone is set, the mower will not use the camera and LiDAR for obstacle avoidance, but this has no impact on positioning.

Both counterclockwise and clockwise drawing are supported. The direction in which Navimow performs edge mowing along the boundary depends on the direction set when the boundary was created.

"For European Users:

Yes, acorns or other tree seeds stuck between the wheels and fender can overload the Navimow i2 AWD, wear down the blades, and reduce their lifespan. To prevent potential damage, periodically inspect the area where the mower will be used and remove stones, sticks, wires, nuts, and other foreign objects.

No. The adapters are not compatible, and we do not recommend using adapters from other models.

"The Navimow i2 LiDAR features an IP66 waterproof rating, allowing for easy cleaning with a cloth or garden hose. Please do not use a pressure or power washer.

Before cleaning, make sure the Navimow i2 LiDAR is powered off.

DO NOT clean with alcohol, gasoline, acetone, or other corrosive/volatile solvents. These substances may damage the appearance and internal structure of your Navimow i2 LiDAR."

"You can go to App>Home>Settings Parts Maintenance to check for maintenance and replacement suggestions for the blades and other parts.
Typically the blades should be replaced after 80 hours of use."

"The current logic for off-limit island patrols is only triggered during mowing.
The mower starts patrolling an off-limit island when it encounters one during mowing, which helps improve efficiency and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth movements."
